Our Kettlebell class is a 45 minute fast paced full body workout. Using Kettlebells and body weight movements, we train the body as a whole and build strength and endurance in one action packed class.

About us:
Each class consists of 6-10 strength, plyometric, or core stations coupled with traditional cardio consisting of running, rowing, or spinning. Come every day for a varied total body workout routine!
